Joy of Sake is a long-running annual tasting event held in New York, Honolulu, and London, organized by the Joy of Sake organization. The New York edition typically takes place in September and brings together hundreds of premium Japanese sakes — including all entries from the U.S. National Sake Appraisal — under one roof for trade and consumer tasting.
The event has been a regular fixture in the U.S. sake calendar for many years and is widely regarded as one of the most important international sake events held outside Japan.
